At The Box and Label Co, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. As many of our products involve custom printing, packaging preparation, and quality checks, shipping timelines may vary depending on the type and size of your order.

Order Processing
All orders go through a standard processing period of 2–5 business days before dispatch. This includes order verification, design or artwork confirmation (where applicable), printing, production, quality checks, and secure packaging.
For custom-printed products, bulk orders, or special packaging requirements, additional time may be needed depending on complexity and production schedules.
Processing times may also be affected by stock availability, printing queue volume, seasonal demand, public holidays, courier delays, and other operational factors. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping option includes a processing time of 2–5 business days, followed by a delivery time of approximately 4–9 business days after dispatch.
This is our regular shipping method and is suitable for most customer orders across India.
Express Shipping
Our Express Shipping option also includes a processing time of 2–5 business days, with a faster delivery time of approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
This option is recommended for urgent orders where quicker delivery is preferred.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping transit time.
For Standard Shipping, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–14 business days.
For Express Shipping, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–12 business days.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your delivery location and the nature of your order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India and aim to deliver to all serviceable pin codes.
For remote areas, rural locations, or regions with limited courier access, delivery may take slightly longer than the standard estimated timeframe.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.
This update may include your tracking ID, courier partner details, and a tracking link where available, so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, high shipping volumes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order, including the full delivery address, correct pin code, recipient name, and valid contact number.
The Box and Label Co is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-dispatch is required.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to complete delivery due to repeated failed attempts, refusal to accept the order, or recipient unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for sending the package again.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend taking clear photos immediately and reporting the issue to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
